This blog is all about keeping me on track. Running is great when you want to be out there.However, for every one of those days there are at least five others when I could think of a thousand other things I'd rather be doing. Tracking my progress and posting what I'm sure will be incredibly boring tales of long lonely runs will hopefully keep me motivated. Goals! That's why I'm blogging. I know! Me? Blogging?
